Each year Boston is host to many special events.   Some are annual events others are one time.  On Patriots Day, the 3rd Monday in April, every year, Boston hosts the oldest and most prestigious marathon in the country, The Boston Marathon.  

Foodies are salivating for the bi-annual Restaurant Week Boston®, held in March and August.  And young and old alike await Harborfest, in honor of the country's birthday.

In October, the Charles River is host to the Head of the Charles Regatta®.  Rowers from around the world descend on the Boston area to compete in this 2-day rowing event.
